We conduct anonymous Staff Satisfaction Surveys twice a year as we always want to know areas where we can go further to make our teams feel loved. Our most recent results, from April 2017 demonstrate our commitment.

Things can go wrong during a guest's stay so one of our current priorities is to empower our staff to handle any customer complaint or concern as they see fit. By enabling our whole team to have the authority to make things right, we deliver great customer service and show our staff that we have faith in them.
