COVID-19 Operations Standards

As we navigate into a new normal, we'd like to share our revised Operations procedures, to help keep both our guests and employees safe:

  • Sanitiser is available throughout the hotel. We encourage guests to use it to keep everyone safe
  • Please respect the personal space of other guests
  • Protective screens are still in place at reception and the bar

Housekeeping/cleaning

Cleanliness is already a top priority for us. We have an average rating of 4.61/5 for cleanliness across 50 of our hotels. We have, however, put additional sanitisation measures in place:

     Public areas

  • Door handles/lift buttons/surfaces/card machines will be wiped down regularly

Food & Drink

  • The breakfast buffets are open. Please sanitise your hands before entering the buffet 
  • If no tables are available, please Grab & Go breakfast
