Give us a brief summary of your current role at Atlas Hotels

Working in the Sales team, day-to-day I focus heavily on new business procurement, exploring new opportunities and managing accounts/relationships. After university, I spent two years working at the HIEX Gloucester, before moving to Atlas Central Office where I began working in the (then) new Groups & Meetings department. In 2019 after two years in Groups & Meetings, I moved across to Sales.

What have some of your highlights been working for Atlas? 

Atlas has shown me the value of teamwork, communication and working towards a clear objective with a positive can-do attitude.

Tell us about your life outside of work, what would people normally find you doing?

I like to keep busy outside of work, keeping active and spending time with friends. I enjoy motorbike riding, mountain biking, weight training and socialising.

Which one of the Atlas values means the most to you and why? (Be Guest Focused, Work Together, Show Commitment, Strive for Quality)

Our guests pave the way for us and without guests, we’d cease to operate! For this reason, Be Guest Focused means the most to me. Since my days working in the hotel, my goal has always been to ensure the customer is left satisfied and wanting to return; anything less leaves me feeling that I’ve not done my job to my full potential.

What are you looking forward to in the future working with Atlas?

I’m very eager to learn and progress. Seeing our company’s growth & plans for further expansion motivates me to achieve more, explore new opportunities and take on further responsibilities
