Give us a brief summary of your current role at Atlas Hotels

My role is Operations Manager at Holiday Inn Express, Bicester and I joined Atlas very recently.
I began my career in the hospitality industry in France and have worked across various departments in hotels, here in England, for over 30 years (making me a dinosaur!)

What have some of your highlights been working for Atlas? 

My highlights so far have been meeting my new fantastic team and work colleagues. Everyone has been so welcoming and friendly and I am very proud to join the Atlas family.

Tell us about your life outside of work, what would people normally find you doing?

I love football (am an Arsenal fan) and tennis. I also enjoy spending time outdoors and going on long walks in the countryside with my family.

Which one of the Atlas values means the most to you and why? (Be Guest Focused, Work Together, Show Commitment, Strive for Quality)

All of the Atlas values are of great importance to me, however, if I had to choose one it would be “Guest Focused” as I have a genuine passion for delivering excellence in customer service.

What are you looking forward to in the future working with Atlas?

I am very excited to be working at Atlas’ newest hotel and am looking forward to developing my team and ensuring they live their best life at Bicester. I strongly believe that collaboration and excellent teamwork promotes a positive environment, creating a rewarding place to work, and gives us the enthusiasm and passion to provide the best possible experience for all guests.
