We're growing!

We’re absolutely over the moon to announce that we’re extending the Atlas family. Our shiny new addition will be joining our Airport hotel in Exeter in sunny Devon.

The existing building (Renslade House East Podium) is a 1970’s office block near the city centre which will be transformed into a Next Generation Holiday Inn Express over the next 14 months. The hotel will boast a desirable location on the River Exe, 103 cool and convenient rooms, an Express Café & Bar, not to mention bacon!

The city centre is a short walk from the hotel, with plenty of shops for a spot of retail therapy or a bite to eat. History buffs can easily explore Exeter’s 12th century cathedral, a 15 minute walk away and the beautiful scenery of Dartmoor National Park is half an hour’s drive from the handy location.

We’re making great progress with our ambition to grow and we can’t wait to unveil our new Exeter city centre hotel next Autumn. Keep your eyes peeled for updates as the hotel starts to take shape.
